Lead - People Success (HRBP)
The role of the People Success Business Partner (HRBP) is essential to helping 123Stores achieve our mission by working closely with leaders and employees across the organization to help build productive, engaged, and empowered teams.
As Lead - People Success, you will be leading & driving a team of HRBP’s and are responsible to shape the people function at a dynamic and fast-growing startup. You will work closely with leaders in sales, marketing, customer success, presales, partnership, and revenue operations to be an employee champion and to build and improve processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
You will also lead our talent acquisition process as we quickly scale up our teams to power our growth, including recruit qualified individuals for open positions, formulate and implement hiring processes, oversee candidate interviews, and screening.
This role is based out of India and is a 100% remote position.
Responsibilities
- Drive & lead team of HRBP’s with a focus on high performance culture and support the business leads on building and evolving value based culture.
- Strategic partnership with leadership in shaping talent upskilling and continuous improvement initiatives that help achieve high performing engaged teams.
- Anchor discussions to provide insights for enhancing team engagement and people development.
- Influence and drive change through data, identify problem areas and build effective and data driven solutions.
- Work with teams and look at enhancing lifecycle experience for team members and be seen as a go-to person for all facets of talent development.
- Liaise with finance, payroll, administration, other functions to run budgets and team experience.
- Build relationships with managers and individual contributors throughout the company to move the company forward in its goals and objectives.
- Coach leaders and managers on people-related decisions & actively participates in long-term talent planning and development and succession planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high growth technology company
- The combined experience of working in startups & enterprise is an advantage
- Proven track record in managing diverse employee pools with evident improvement in culture and organizational behavior through sound people practices and programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders on diversified asks.
- Comfort working in a fast paced environment with competing priorities and an ambiguous yet creative and collaborative work environment.
- The hunger to constantly learn and look for ways to improve yourself and the processes around you
- Mentor to the existing team members & role model on subject matter expertise
- High Emotional Quotient (EQ) and ability to navigate nuance & deal with ambiguity
- Have strong communication skills – both written and oral
- Subscribe to a mentality of work hard, stay positive and implement feedback
- Ability to perform in a remote working environment
Qualifications
- Management Degree with HR specialization from a top 20 business school.
- Ideally suited for 2014 / 2015 / 2016 batch graduates
- Experience establishing remote employee experience is a 'must have'.
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other customer-facing roles as an HRBP
