Program Manager - Funnel Management

As a Program Manager of the Funnel Management team, you will be leading & driving a team of Sr. Business Analysts and are responsible for analyzing data to identify opportunities in lead/opportunity generation, manage our CRM software and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams. The job requires you to analyze customer segments/profiles, end-to-end customer experience, key levers, and ROI, & market trends to identify opportunities for customer acquisition in the target market (USA). The role also provides the opportunity to travel to the USA to attend trade fairs & meet brands.
This role is based out of India and is a 100% remote position.
Responsibilities
- Drive & lead a team of highly motivated Sr. Business Analysts
- You drive solutions with the Operations, Tools, Insights, and Engagement teams to optimize the company’s ability to generate more revenue and improve customer acquisition.
- Develop and implement regular reporting of key performance metrics including forecasting, funnel analysis, and pipeline management.
- Compile and analyze data over time to forecast acquisition trends
- Review past acquisition data to determine trends in productivity
- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
- Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success
- Present actionable information and insights to team members and management
- Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
Requirements
- Strong Team Management & Leadership Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements
- High attention to detail and should be Impact focused
- Proven ability to deliver results in a high-performance & dynamic environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, bias for action and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform in a remote working environment
- Knowledge of data visualization or analytical tools would be an advantage
Qualifications
- Successful track record in leading and delivering sales & operational excellence projects
- At least 2 years of work experience in leading a team
- Management Degree from a top 20 business school.
- Ideally suited for 2014 / 2015 / 2016 batch graduates
