As a Senior Business Analyst, you will provide support for lead/opportunity generation, manage our CRM software and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams. The job requires you to analyze customer segments/profiles, end-to-end customer experience, key levers, and ROI, & market trends to identify opportunities for customer acquisition in the target market (USA). The role also provides the opportunity to travel to the USA to attend trade fairs & meet brands.

This role is based out of India and is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities

• You drive solutions with the Operations, Tools, Insights, and Engagement teams to optimize the company’s ability to generate more revenue and improve customer acquisition.
• Develop and implement regular reporting of key performance metrics including forecasting, funnel analysis, and pipeline management.
• Compile and analyze data over time to forecast acquisition trends
• Review past acquisition data to determine trends in productivity
• Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
• Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success
• Present actionable information and insights to team members and management
• Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
