Program Manager - Customer Engagement

As a Program Manager of the Customer Engagement team, you will be leading & driving a team of Sr. Business Analysts and are responsible for analyzing customer data to identify opportunities and improving our core processes and strategies. You should enjoy flexing your number-crunching skills and have an eye for detail to have a significant and measurable impact on all phases of the customer journey - onboarding, adoption, growth and renewal. You will have the exciting opportunity to work with different kinds of data to derive business intelligence and to create coherent, intelligent reports, then presenting your reports to your team and to our brand partners.
This position requires close co-ordination and daily interaction with our onsite Customer Success Managers based out of USA. You may have the added benefit of onsite travel to the US to interact with customers to gain insight into their strategies.
This role is based out of India and is a 100% remote position.
Responsibilities
- Drive & lead a team of highly motivated Sr. Business Analysts
- Using data analytics to find insights with a clear emphasis on clarity, completeness and actionability, to unlock opportunities for growth
- Develop a deep understanding of the Amazon Marketplace and E-commerce strategies
- Work with onsite Customer Success Managers & Brand Partners in our target market (USA) to keep all sales & operational performance metrics healthy in areas of catalog, fulfilment, inventory, payments, integrations & returns.
- Determine the right messaging for each customer and identify cohorts of similar customers who can be targeted for increased adoption, plan growth, retention, product feature training, etc. through specialized customer marketing campaigns
- Observe patterns in customer metrics and use it to understand corresponding customer behavior with respect to adoption, growth, renewal and churn
- Combining industry data with business performance analytics to contribute to process optimization
- Shape, iterate, and scale our sales strategy, taking initiative to improve the team's practices, tools, and content
- Find patterns and help identify root causes & opportunities for improvement, aligned to the business growth
Requirements
- Strong Team Management & Leadership Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements
- High attention to detail and should be Impact focused
- Proven ability to deliver results in a high-performance & dynamic environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, bias for action and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform in a remote working environment
- Knowledge of data visualization or analytical tools would be an advantage.
Qualifications
- Successful track record in leading and delivering sales & operational excellence projects
- At least 2 years of work experience in leading a team
- Management Degree from a top 20 business school.
- Ideally suited for 2014 / 2015 / 2016 batch graduates
